He came to my home for a dental cleaning for my dog and, after a thorough assessment, explained that extractions were likely needed and recommended that the procedure be done under anesthesia for the best and safest outcome. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism—he prioritized my dog’s health over making a sale. He also took the time to check on my second dog, who’s more difficult to handle, and didn’t charge me a thing for the extra effort.

Dimitri was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and respectful of both of my dogs’ unique personalities.
